- Responsible for the ongoing purchasing and sourcing activities that could generate more cost-saving for the company.
- Perform supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, and vendor relationship management.
- Provide feedback to suppliers on the arising issues regarding quality, shortage, and warranty claim.
- To assist on payment issues and communicating with supplier.
- Monitor, coordinate delivery, and ensure minimum safety stock level is kept at all times for stationery, office pantry items, etc.
- Perform full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
- Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/relevant fields or its equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year of working experience is preferred.
- Computer literacy with good command in Microsoft Office is a must.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Able to communicate effectively and have good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in teams and under minimal supervision is encouraged.
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
