Maintenance Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)

1. To execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities as schedule plan. To record and reduce machine breakdown time.
2. Involve in new machinery installation, work together with vendor as necessary.
3. To carry out maintenance department’s kaizen activity so as to ensure continues improvement of maintenance activity.
4. To work safely in accordance with OSHA requirement, report any unsafe finding to superior as necessary.
5. To practice good 5S work method in work place and responsible taking care of working tools or equipment provided.
6. To follow work instruction and propose improvement of work instruction as needed.
7. To provide technical service to solve i3qa maintenance work order issue through root cause investigation and apply system solution. Record the root cause and action taken in i31a system.
8. To provide on job training and guide to junior technicians.
9. To raise Purchase Requisition with detail specification of parts or services required for support.
