We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who can help maintain existing business with current customer and grow business relationships with current customers. The Customer Success Executive will help our customer better understand the full potential of our solutions and act as liaison between the customer, our internal support team and product principal. The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with different work groups and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate and determine the best utilization of internal resources to increase customer satisfaction.
· Encourage revenue growth by inspiring customers to purchase additional products and services.
· Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship.
· To provide regular updates to customers on the progress of customer projects and campaigns that directly affect each customer.
· Overseeing and following up critical support incidents to ensure the customer’s problems are resolved.
· Liaise with product principals on matters relating to licensing, contract and compliance.
To be successful in this role you will need the following
· A degree in Business or related.
· At least 1 year working in similar capacity or Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Have excellent problem-solving skills and effective time management.
· Strong communication skills.
· Must have good command of English both oral and written and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
